WHAT IS AN INDIVIDUAL LEASE?

The Annex of Pullman offers individual leases per person instead of one lease per apartment. That means you’re responsible only for your portion of rent. If your roommate fails to pay their rent, you will not be held responsible.

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED?

Yes! Your payment covers water, sewer, trash, and high-speed internet!You will be billed back monthly for electricity.

IS INTERNET INCLUDED?

Yes, Internet Is Included.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ROOMMATES?

Annex of Pullman is partnered with RoomSync!

Are Pets Allowed?

YES! We are a pet friendly community. Please contact us to find out more information about our pet policy.

ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED?

Yes, our apartments are fully furnished with a modern furniture package.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

There is an annual $72 fee for utility set up.

WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?

You have three installment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease: one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due August 1. If you choose to pay in two semester installments, those installments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note, these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

There are a couple of ways to qualify for a lease. You may apply as a lease-holding resident and provide personal income equal to 3x the amount of rent or you may utilize a guarantor who provides the income portion to qualify.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A GUARANTOR?

No Guarantor? No Problem, Annex of Pullman offers Leap as an option! Ask us about the Leap Guarantor Waiver Program if you are a student.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

All Annex of Pullman residents are required to have property damage liability insurance before they move in. This is different from traditional renters insurance. With a guarantor, you have the option of adding this on to your current homeowner’s policy (just be sure that the name and address match your resident’s information at The Annex of Pullman). If that doesn’t work for you, the Verge can assist you in obtaining and enrolling you in our insurance program.
